• Stolling: aptt, pt, trombocyten
• Longfunctie, ABG: enkel bij thoracale ingrepen
• Bloedgroepbepaling bij potentieel belangrijk bloedverlies
• Zwangerschapstest: enkel op indicatie
• Onderzoeksresultaten jonger dan 6 maanden kunnen volstaan; enkel ECG dient herhaald te worden, indien het vorige abnormaal is en ouder dan 2 maanden.
